Digital reissue of the 2006 Koldborn album

Koldborn was created in late ‘97 by drummer Rasmus and guitarist Heinz with the intent to play catchy and blasting death metal. In ‘99 they recorded the demo “Blessed By Beyond” with legendary producer Jan Borsing (Illdisposed, Invocator, Grope) which was intercepted by danish metal label Diehard Records who signed Koldborn for their first release, “First Enslavement”. “First Enslavement” was released worldwide in 2001 and received great reviews for the heavy mix of melody and brutality.

In 2005 they recorded the EP “The Devil Of All Deals” with producer Jacob Bredahl (Hatesphere, Barcode) which was released by Ancient Darkness Productions. The EP introduced new singer, Lars Bjørn-Hansen and guitarist Bjørn Bihlet (ex-Mareridt, ex-Boil, Horned Almighty). That same lineup soon after recorded “The Uncanny Valley” which was released by french metal label, Listenable Records in 2006.

In 2009 the band once again entered the studio with producer Jacob Bredahl to record the “Ashes” EP. After “Ashes” the band played a few more shows but ultimately decided to stop playing.
